The testing laboratory of Yunnan Yunshuo Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to strengthening comprehensive control of product quality through scientific and precise testing methods to ensure that products can meet national and international safety standards. The testing laboratory consists of a heavy metal testing room, a liquid phase testing room, a gas phase testing room, and a conventional physical and chemical testing room. It has densitometer, refractometer, potential titrator, viscometer, Karl Fischer moisture meter, color difference meter, flash point meter, etc. Small testing equipment, large-scale analytical and testing equipment such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, high performance liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography mass spectrometer, gas chromatography mass spectrometer, etc., can carry out testing on the indicators shown in the following table:

Production Workshop

Yunnan Yunshuo Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development and application of traditional tobacco raw and auxiliary materials, focusing on the key technologies and product research and innovation of new tobacco-specific flavors, and has built three workshops: food additive production, natural extraction pilot test and flavor and fragrance production. The workshop covers an area of 1000 square meters, and all types of production equipment are fully equipped, from small mixers to 2000L heated stirring tanks, from 1L rotary evaporator to 1500L extraction line, from powder mixers to molecular distillers. It can achieve an annual output of 2000 tons of flavors and fragrances and 1500 tons of electronic atomizers.

A 2800㎡ production plant that meets the 100,000-level drug standard has been built in Songgang Jinjia Industrial Park in Baoan, Shenzhen according to FDA GMP110, ISO9001, ISO22000 and other system certifications. Among them, the atomized cigarette oil laboratory and products have passed authoritative testing and certification such as CNAS, IAF, MSDS, ROHS, TPD, BRC, etc., and its production capacity can reach 3400 tons/year.
