On the afternoon of January 31, seven employees of Yunshuo Technology Company, which was still suspended, suddenly "returned to work". It turned out that this was because the company heard that alcohol and other materials were in short supply during the epidemic prevention and control process, and temporarily organized several employees. Employees in Kunming made 1 ton of edible raw alcohol stored by the company into 75% alcohol and prepared to provide it to surrounding streets and communities for use.
Yunshuo Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in biotechnology innovation and research and development. Due to the company's R & D needs, it stores 1 ton of edible alcohol materials with a concentration of 95%. At present, the company has been suspended. Wang Tao, chairman of the company, said: "Since the outbreak of the epidemic, we have been paying close attention to it, both as individuals and as companies, especially when we heard that many front-line work departments in streets, communities and police stations are in short supply of disinfection supplies. Coincidentally, our company used to reserve some edible alcohol when it was doing the research and development of spice products. We planned to convert this alcohol to 75 concentrations and provide it to them for free."
At 12 noon on the 31st, Wang Tao organized seven employees of the company in Kunming to come to the office area located in Ciba Biological Town."Because our company is originally mainly engaged in R & D and production, we have raw materials and tools, and the technology of alcohol blending is not complicated." Seven people moved raw materials, found equipment, and adjusted the proportion together. It took more than three hours for the seven people to mix 1 ton of edible alcohol with a concentration of 95% into about 1.4 tons of medical alcohol with a concentration of 75%.
After the alcohol was mixed, Wang Tao immediately contacted the surrounding Ciba Street and Hongyun Street."We couldn't contact Ciba Street. Today, we will send 400 kilograms of alcohol to Hongyun Street first." After that, Wang Tao planned to send 1.4 tons of alcohol to surrounding streets and communities in batches. "Send too many at once, for fear that their storage conditions are not enough."
In addition, Wang Tao also raised 20000 masks through the company's spice agents in South Korea to donate them to medical workers fighting on the front line of the fight against the epidemic."Currently, we have confirmed that these masks we have raised through spice agents on behalf of South Korea can be shipped from South Korea on Monday and are expected to arrive in Kunming around next Friday."
